Welcome to Church View Surgery

We are open 8.30 am - 6 pm Monday to Friday, with a half day on Thursday. Appointments are available during the hours listed below. To see a doctor or nurse please call us or use our new online Emis Access Service (you must register to use this service - contact us for details) or come into the surgery to book an appointment. Telephone consultations are also available with our doctors and nurses. Please ask a receptionist for details.
